Assurance Intelligence

An independent reasoning partner for continuous assurance.

adubio reads an audit conclusion the way a senior reviewer does. It checks whether the evidence, the cited regulation and the stated rating support what the workpaper says, and shows its basis for every finding. Human judgement and final approval stay with your team.

The challenge

Expectations on model governance are rising faster than review capacity

PRA SS1/23, the Basel 3.1 changes and SR 26-2, which supersedes SR 11-7, raise what a reviewer must be able to show behind a conclusion. Three problems follow: conclusions that outrun the evidence, citations nobody has time to check, and reasoning that leaves no trail.

adubio Analyse

Interrogate the reasoning, not just the document.

Upload a review document and supporting materials. adubio analyses the reasoning.

Upload a review document — audit workpaper, control assurance review or validation report — alongside supporting materials. adubio reviews the reasoning, checks the sources and produces findings across three categories: Material, Documentation and Recommendation. Each finding carries a High, Medium or Low severity rating with a clear rationale based on a published rubric.

Regulatory Intelligence

Regulatory horizon scanning

adubio maintains an index of regulatory publications across tracked jurisdictions (UK, US, EU, UAE and Hong Kong). Article-level mapping to an institution's risks and controls is in development.

Continuous Assurance

Assurance as it happens.

Orchestrate is being built so that questions, evidence requests, responses and observations are captured and linked throughout an engagement, and so that adubio can check submissions against the evidence and policies provided.

Human judgement and final approval remain with authorised users.

One engagement. One evolving evidence record. Every conclusion reconstructable.

How It Works

Four stages of Deep Review.

A multi-model approach for a more robust and balanced review.

Each stage is run independently so that no single model checks its own work. Read the method →

1

Analyse

Reviews the document and identifies potential findings.

2

Source Check

Verifies references against the available supporting material.

3

Quality Review

Challenges the validity and usefulness of the proposed findings.

4

Consolidate

Brings overlapping observations together into a coherent output.

The adubio Platform

Four modules, at different stages

adubio is developed by Qlogue, an independent advisory and technology firm specialising in regulatory transformation and review, AI governance, internal audit and assurance, underpinned by automation.

Analyse

Live

Upload an audit workpaper, control assurance review or validation report with supporting documents. adubio reviews the reasoning, checks the cited sources and produces findings in three categories (Material, Documentation, Recommendation), each rated High, Medium or Low with a stated basis. Validated on a synthetic bank (Meridian) with stable results across repeated runs.

Orchestrate

In development

A live workspace for the first, second and third lines for the length of an audit, covering observations, auditee responses with evidence, discussion and reporting.

Simulate

Planned

Explore alternative positions, rehearse disagreements and assess the implications of findings before they are finalised.

Visualise

Planned

Trace regulatory requirements through policies, controls, evidence and conclusions to understand where obligations are met and where gaps exist.

adubio Analyse currently runs on synthetic institution data and in controlled pilots. Use on real client data requires documented client consent and a confidentiality arrangement. Contact us to discuss a pilot.

Licensing

Three ways to access adubio.

adubio is available through structured organisation licensing. All enquiries are handled directly by the Qlogue team.

Data and AI use

How adubio handles your information

Findings are produced for review by an authorised human. adubio does not approve or sign off a workpaper. See the Trust Centre for security and data protection information.
