Access and use

Access to the adubio platform is subject to a separate agreement between your organisation and Qlogue. Use of the platform is limited to the purposes and scope set out in that agreement. Unauthorised access, reverse engineering or redistribution of platform outputs is prohibited.

The content on qlogue.com and adubio.ai is provided for informational purposes only. Qlogue makes no warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the information and reserves the right to update or remove content at any time.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the adubio platform, its outputs and the content of qlogue.com are owned by or licensed to Alogue Advisory Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in that intellectual property except as expressly stated.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qlogue excludes liability for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law
